An awareness Program on National Education Day was organized by the office of the District Legal Services Authority, Samba. in collaboration with our college on 11-11-2024.

The Diya Making, Bucket Painting & Rangoli competition held among the Students of Bhargava Degree College on 28th of October 2024, was a vibrant event, showcasing the creativity and talent of around 16 participating students. Khushbu Bhagat form Bhargava Degree College Samba (Sem 3rd) clinched the first position with her stunning designs in Diya Making, while Muskaan & group from Bhargava Degree College Samba (Sem 5th) secured the First position with her impressive artistry in Rangoli. While Kashish Bhagat form Bhargava Degree College Samba (Sem 3rd) clinched the first position with her stunning designs in Bucket Painting. Participants were honored with momentos and appreciation certificates presented by the Principal Dr. Nater Singh, celebrating their hard work and dedication. The event fostered a spirit of friendly competition and camaraderie among the participants, highlighting the artistic skills within the institutions.
The Mehandi and Nail Art competition held between Bhargava Degree College Samba and R.D.G.D. Paramedical Institute Samba on 19th of October 2024, was a vibrant event, showcasing the creativity and talent of around 50 participating students. Riya Guleria form Bhargava Degree College Samba clinched the first position with her stunning designs in Mehandi, while Sakshi from R.D.G.D. Paramedical Institute Samba secured the second position with her impressive artistry in Mehandi. While Nandini Salathia & Lakshita form Bhargava Degree College Samba clinched the first & Second position with their stunning designs in Nail Art.
The winners were honored with momentos and appreciation certificates presented by the Vice Principal Mr. Dalbir Singh, celebrating their hard work and dedication. The event fostered a spirit of friendly competition and camaraderie among the participants, highlighting the artistic skills within both the institutions.
NCC Cadets along with other students of Bhargava Degree College Samba attended the workshop on the role of ECO Task Forces in nation Building held on 9th of October, 2024 at Samba Auditorium. The said workshop was conducted by 129-Inf Bn (TA) ECO JAK LI C/o 56 APO.

Bhargava Degree College celebrated teacher’s day on 5th sep 2024 on the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan under the guidance and help of the teachers. Many games and fun activities were organized by the students for the teachers. Motivational speech was delivered by Principal Dr. Nater Singh raina.

World Red Cross Day was celebrated at Bhargava Degree College, Samba.
During this, District Social Welfare Department Officer and Executive Secretary of District Red Cross Society Shri Nawab Sharif arrived as the chief guest. This program was organized by the District Management Committee of Red Cross Society in collaboration with the Distt Administration in which Vinod Kumar, Rajneesh, Sanjay, Mukesh, Manish, Sapna etc. were present from the committee side. College Principal Dr. Nater Singh presided over the function.In this occassion Principal Dr. Suresh Pandita,Dr. Dhar,Gaurav,and a large of college children and college staff was also present.During this children from different departments presented their views on Red Cross Day.

The aim of World Red Cross Day is to aid the helpless and injured: Nawab Sharif.
Samba: World Red Cross Day was celebrated at Bhargava Degree College, Samba. District Social Welfare Department officials and Executive Secretary of District Red Cross Society, Mr. Nawab Sharif, attended as the chief guest. This event was jointly organized with the District Management Committee of Red Cross Society, with Vinod Kumar, Rajneesh, Sanjay, Mukesh, Manish, Sapna, and others from the committee present. The program was chaired by the college's Principal, Dr. Netra Singh.
During this event, children from various departments of the college shared their thoughts on Red Cross Day. Chief guest Nawab Sharif mentioned in his address that the main objective of Red Cross Day is to protect helpless and injured soldiers and civilians. It is an international organization headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.
He explained that World Red Cross Day was established on May 8, 1948, commemorating the birth anniversary of Henry Dunant, the founder of the International Committee of the Red Cross and the first Nobel Peace Prize laureate. This day serves as a platform to raise awareness about the principles of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement and to celebrate their humanitarian work worldwide. Principal Dr. Suresh Pandita, Dr. Dhar, Gaurav, Darshan, Avinash, Rishpal, along with a large number of college students and staff, were also present on this occasion."
