1. Bhargava Degree College celebrated India’s 77 th Independence Day with great fervor and patriotism on august 15, 2023 flag by principal Dr. Nater Singh Raina. A inspiring speech was delivered by Yashika Gagotra student of sem 5 th .

2. Craft Demonstration Awareness Program (District level Gandhi Craft and Weaves Mahotsav.) organised by Handicrafts Service Centre Jammu, Office of the Development Commissioner Ministry of textiles, Govt. of India from 25 th to 27 th October 2023 at BDC Samba to raise awareness about traditional crafts and provide demonstration by local artisans.

3. Startup event igniter at university of Jammu on 8 November, 2023. This event was held in Zorwar Singh auditorium, University of Jammu Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha was the chief guest in ecosystem in campus, encouraging students to pursue innovative ventures.

4. BDC Samba celebrated Diwali on 10 November, 2023. With enthusiasm and cultural fervor the event featured various completions such as Diya Making, Painting and Rangoli, Showcasing the creativity and talent of the students.

5. Fresher’s party at BDC Samba on 18 November 2023, to welcome the new batch of students. Principal Dr. Nater Singh Raina delivered a motivating speech. Lamp lighting by principal and senior faculty member and welcome address by the senior students several activities like dancing, musical chair, singing and skits performed by the students Kashish Bhagat and Nirmal Baboria won the Miss fresher and Mr fresher titles.

6. Art of Living: A interactive session on the importance of Meditation and stress free life held at BDC Samba on 4 th December,2023. The experts of this session was Anjali Sharma Aman Sir and Mr. Amit educate students and faculty on the benefits of meditation and technique for leading a stress free life.

7. Plantation Drive at BDC Samba from 20 th of December, 2023 to 27 th of December,2023 for one week to promote environmental awareness and contribute to the green cover by planting trees and fostering a culture of sustainability within the college community.

8. Basant Panchmi celebration at BDC Samba on 14 th of Feburary,2024. to celebrate the arrival of spring and the festival of Basant Panchmi, honoring Goddess Saraswati, the deity of knowledge and wisdom.

9. Nehru Yuva Kendra programme for the development of Samba on 13 th of March,2024. at BDC Samba. Various school and colleges participated in the Debate competition.

10. Holi Celebration at BDC Samba on 22 March, 2024. This festival fostering a spirit of unity, joy and cultural exchange among students and faculty. Participant use organic colors and perform dance on Traditional holi song.

11. One Day international conclave on empowering India: Igniting development held at GDC Samba on 2 nd April, 2024 our student of 4 th sem Neha Devi received prize of Participation.

12. NSS Activity: Rally on Road safety rules by BDC Samba students on 4 th of April, 2024. To create awareness among the general public about safety rules. The rally will commence from BDC and proceed along major road Flag-Off by principal and designated faculty members.

13. On 12 th of April,2024. Baisakhi celebration was held at BDC Samba. Welcome address and brief introduction to the significance of Baisakhi was given Principal Dr. Nater Singh Raina various dance performance were prepared by the students.

14. Farewell party for outgoing seniors at BDC Samba on 27 th of April, 22024. Interactive games and activities fascinating interaction between seniors and juniors were performed.

15. On 18-05-2024, Alumni meet at BDC Samba to reconnect with Alumni, reminisce about old memories and sharing of experiences, careers journey and achievement since graduation.
